The Programme

Exercise while learning a new style of dance and a short routine every week. Explore dances through the decades. A fun class suitable for all ages and abilities who just love to dance. No need for a partner. Wear lightweight trainers and layers.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
