The Programme

This lively group exercise class includes stretching and works on specific target areas of the body. Each week you will feel your muscles becoming stronger. The tutor will introduce additional moves encouraging you to extend your flexibility.

You will need loose layers and a non-slip exercise floor mat. Bring a bottle of water and wear supportive trainers.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
