• Tuesday 18:00 to 19:00

The Programme

Sessions include aerobic activity and circuit training where stations are set up inside the hall and are visited where physical actions are repeated in rotation. Walking and jogging usually take place outside (depending on the weather conditions).

A floor exercise mat, preferably with a non-slip base, is essential for the floor work . We recommend that you bring a bottle of water and wear loose layers and trainers.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
