The Programme

A low intensity core training class that will help you reach your conditioning goals. Improve your posture and increase flexibility and mobility without leaving your mat! Wear loose layers and bring a drink of water and a non-slip floor mat.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
