The Programme
Drawing from the three disciplines of ballet barre work, yoga and Pilates, this workout offers body shaping results and long term postural benefits.
The ballet barre is a prop designed to support the body in both static and dynamic movement leading to long, lean muscles. Classes are designed to shape and lift the entire body. Optional hand weights up to 1.5 kg can be used.
Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.

As a sixteen year old, when I started at Petroc I was the youngest in the class, but college gave me structure to my day and has given me the opportunity to follow a reputable career path. I am really pleased to have gained a job already, as many people my age struggle to find work, let alone a career.
