The Programme

This is a great way for students to keep fit and express themselves through noise. Learn how to make lots of different rhythms by using just your feet and develop them into dance moves choreographed into small easy to remember dance routines.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
