The Programme

Is your pasta machine getting dusty? Bring it to the Mama Mia kitchen and learn how to make perfect pasta as well as sampling what you have prepared for your lunch. Also includes tips on making delicious sauces. Take some home for the family too!

A list of ingredients and basic essentials to bring will be provided prior to the course.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
