The Programme

Make the most of the local shellfish that is in season. Learn how to barbecue fish brilliantly. The tutor will demonstrate, you will then prepare and cook your lunch which you can savour before clearing up at the end of the lesson.

Please bring an apron, your favourite knife, a tea towel, notebook and £5 cash for ingredients.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
