Allsorts opens at Petroc Tiverton

A new shop, run by students, opened at Petroc's Tiverton Campus today (Monday December 5, 2011.)

Allsorts was opened by Kevin Hazell, Head of School of Health, Fitness and Supported Learning, with Skills for Life and Work student, Adam McMillan

Adam won the competition to name the Supported Learning team's enterprise shop, which is opposite the lecture, at the junction between C and D Blocks.

The shop is open from 10.30am - 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

It sells a range of products made by the students including:

  • Homemade chutney and marmalade -including the delicious Christmas packs.
  • Christmas Wreaths, tree and table decorations
  • Cards for all occasions.
  • Wooden planters – a wide range of shapes and sizes.
  • Bird boxes
  • Mince pies/Sandwiches/Cakes

A small range of Fairtrade products will be on sale from next term.

Allsorts also takes orders for products. Just go along and see Kate, the shop manager.
