Street dance workshop at Petroc Barnstaple
Date: 21st February 2012
A street dance group from Torrington, which has been shortlisted for this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, will be offering a free workshop at Petroc on Wednesday February 22.
The Streetz Dance Crew will be coming to the Barnstaple Campus’s Stanbury Hall at 4.30pm to demonstrate their skills and encourage people to take up street dance.
Streetz Dance Crew founder and choreographer Amy Avery set up the dance school five years ago. Despite having over 200 pupils, Amy is keen to get more teenagers involved in street and hip-hop dance.
If you’re interested in giving it a go, then come along to the Stanbury Hall to meet the crew.
For more information contact Amy Avery on 07854 975823.
