Sheena Murphy-Collett

Sheena began her career at BMW as an apprentice engineer. She qualified as an electrician.

After eight years with BMW Sheena gained the position of Training Officer, where she taught apprentices engineering. She then started her CIPD qualification. After three years in this role, Sheena left BMW and started her career in human resources.

Sheena has worked in manufacturing, the NHS, the charity sector and has over 10 years’ experience working in a General Further Education College. Sheena is a keen DIYer, enjoys walking and the great outdoors and is a fan of the cinema.
