Petroc is one of the leading education providers in the South West, delivering a wide-ranging further and higher education curriculum throughout Devon and beyond.

We are one of the largest employers in the area, with approximately 800 members of staff supporting an annual cohort of over 10,000 learners, ranging in age from 14 to 80+ years! This figure includes apprentices and A Level, vocational and degree students studying both on site and in the workplace, and also the learners benefitting from our distance learning programmes. NCS is an exciting personal and social development programme for young people. It invites 15-17 year olds to be the best they can be, whatever their background and ambition. NCS provides them with the opportunity to develop the tools, skills and belief to unlock their potential and make their mark in their communities.

We require a number of Wave Leaders and Group Leaders to support teams of 14-16 young people during the summer programme. We need staff to be able to work flexibly, including some over night residential hours over a period of 9 weeks, commencing on 3rd July in both the North and Mid Devon areas. Full training days will be 29th May - 1st June.

Wave Leaders- £9.67 per hour
