Skills Support for the Workforce

Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) is a programme developed to up-skill employees within small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

SSW works by providing recognised accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses to enhance your employees’ skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy.

As part of this fantastic opportunity for your business and employees, Petroc is able to offer a wide variety of fully funded courses to help progress your workforce. Upon engaging with the project, your business will receive an in-depth training needs analysis, helping your business to identify how you can upskill your workforce. The employees undertaking the courses will also receive an information, advice and guidance session, providing them with the opportunity to identify their own training needs and how they can progress within their job role. 

Once your training needs are identified, Petroc is then able to offer a wide variety of fully funded courses to your employees.
