Offering exercise equipment and classes for all.
Our North Devon gym is based on our Barnstaple campus and offers a wide range of exercise equipment and classes to help all our members reach their maximum potential in their personal fitness and wellbeing.
Cardiovascular machines include treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, spin bikes and rowing machines. We have also a range of resistance weight machines and free weight dumbbells going up to 40kg, a bench press, and a max rack with plate weights.
Our exercise classes have been designed to help you lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or improve strength and endurance levels - depending on your own personal goals.

Yoga
Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve both health and happiness.
Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Met Booster
This is a 45-minute heart-raising class designed to help burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness.
Spin Combo
Spin combo is a 45-minute cardio and resistance weight class all mixed into one routine to create that ultimate workout.
Cardio Blast
This 45-minute high-intensity circuit class is great for cardiovascular fitness, muscle toning and endurance.
