This one year course covers all aspects of professional cookery and continues learning from a completed level. It is a professional cookery course for learners who wish to perfect their NVQ2 skills and progression for chefs in the industry.

The course offers good opportunities to perfect fine dining dishes and techniques.

This one year course covers all aspects of professional cookery. The culinary syllabus includes desserts, dough products, butchery and fish. The skills learnt are a progression from a Level 2 NVQ or VRQ2 Professional cookery.
Continual assessment within our professional equipped kitchens. Short answer questions also form part of the course. Support will be available if required.
We supply all food and equipment except whites/uniform and knives.
Knife set. Chefs whites including safety shoes.
