To be awarded this qualification learners are required to successfully complete the 7 units including the following 4 mandatory units:

1. Understand the Customer Service Environment
2. Principles of Business
3. Understand how to resolve customers' problems and complaints
4. Understand customers and customer retention
There will be internal assessments for each unit, which are externally moderated.
This course can lead on to Higher Apprenticeships and FdA in Business Management.
On your first day, please bring with you a folder, notepad, pens and a USB.
