At this Funky Aerobics class, you will learn simple but effective dance moves that anyone can do, helping your body to deliver more endorphins making you feel good about yourself! Funky Aerobics is physical exercise of low to high intensity, which will benefit your body by strengthening your heart and lungs, and burn up calories which can help shed excess weight - all whilst having fun.

Aerobic exercise can help lower cholesterol, improve your immune system and lower your blood pressure. One learner has said she is getting a good workout while having fun - and the music is motivating!

You will be doing aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines to improve all elements of fitness.

Please note that this course will not run during college holidays.
Students must bring a mat and water to every session.
