What we offer
We develop the most effective training solutions for you and your business. In order to achieve this high standard we work closely with employers, recruit highly experienced staff and provide the most up-to-date teaching environments.
Our staff can provide advice and guidance on workforce planning in order to develop and implement future training programmes that are tailored to your business.
In addition to certificated qualifications, we also provide many bespoke courses which can be offered to your employees to support personal and professional development, as well as their well-being.
We deliver apprenticeships at intermediate, advanced, higher and degree level. They are a great way to upscale your workforce. An apprentice can either be a new employee or a current member of staff who wants to enhance their skills. We can help advertise for new roles.
Our part-time courses are designed to fit around everyday life to improve qualifications, learn new skills or improve career prospects.
Our distance learning courses are completed at home and last 16 to 20 weeks (we recommend a minimum of four to six hours study time a week). There is no cost for these courses unless they are not completed inside the agreed timescale without a valid reason.
We work in partnership with the University of Plymouth to deliver a wide range of degrees. These can be undertaken as either full-time or part-time qualifications at our campuses or achieved as an apprenticeship.
Can be a useful introduction for young people to the requirements and environment of a business before they enrol on a full apprenticeship.
We are able to offer support to line managers of apprentices and trainees through mentoring and coaching. All of our staff are highly qualified and have many years of industry experience that they can share with employers.
If an individual does not hold sufficient GCSE grades in English and Maths, we are able to deliver functional skills which will enable them to acquire the required grade.
