This is a professional qualification involving a variety of different skills such as manicure, pedicure, facials, waxing and more. You will learn customer service skills and achieve a competent level of application techniques in beauty skills.

You’ll also have the chance to practise your skills in a real life salon environment and undertake reception duties.
Additional study at home will be required.

Assessments
Throughout the qualification, a range of theory and practical assessments will support your learning and test your knowledge and skills development. Ongoing assessment is by multiple choice question tests that you complete online, as well as working on clients to gain competency and confidence within this speciality field.
Entry Requirements
To cope with the demands of the theory aspect of this Level 2 course, you will need a sound understanding of Maths and English, as well as the ability to study anatomy and physiology. A good understanding of IT is also of benefit. You will also be required to have a high standard of personal presentation, good communication skills and a creative flair.

Following successful completion of the course you will be invited to continue your studies with us.
