Year 10 Taster Days - Barnstaple Campus

The Taster Day works in conjunction with local schools to give Year 10 pupils an opportunity to experience a day at Petroc as a college student. The day gives pupils an insight into college life, and an understanding of the step up from School to Further Education. It also supports the important careers work carried out within schools to help pupils decide on an appropriate course. The Taster workshops are suitable for pupils aiming to undertake a Level 1 to Level 3 qualification when they finish school.

We currently welcome pupils from ten partner schools in the North Devon region to try Tasters on the following courses:

  • A-levels (choose a variety of subjects)
