Our Basketball Academy competes in the Association of Colleges (AoC) league.
Throughout the programme, you will study movement skills, tactics and strategy, positioning, ball skills and coach development. Also, the additional weekly strength and conditioning sessions are designed to improve your fitness and core strength for the demands of the modern game, you will also receive termly nutritional and sports psychology workshops. Training is on a Monday afternoon and matches are on a Wednesday afternoon, these will be worked into your timetable.
