When I completed my GCSE’s, I searched for a course to progress my studies and found out that Petroc was the ideal place to go as they had a wide variety of engineering-related courses.
I decided to start with Level 2 Engineering, a one-year course, which included tolerance analysis and understanding of manufacturing drawings.
I am currently studying Level 3 Engineering with Petroc. This two-year course goes more in-depth with engineering processes such as CAD, CNC work, electrical and more.
I have been lucky enough to get an apprenticeship with PALL Europe, a fantastic company, learning and taking my career even further over the next four years. I was offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to widen my knowledge and learn more, enabling me to become more skilled and qualified in a career I longed to do.
The supportive staff set me on a path I never knew I could succeed in, I’m very grateful for all the help and support I’ve had along the way to get me where I am today.
