How do I log on to the Virtual Open Event site?

The LIVE Q&A sessions start from 10am, but you can access the Open Event Virtual site today to find out about the courses available to you. Simply click this link:


What can I find on the site?

Across the site, you can browse through the full range of courses offered at Petroc. For each subject, you can find helpful information about the course, an introduction from our expert members of staff, insight from current and previous students, and more! You can also learn about the support and enrichment activities available to you, and check out our industry-standard facilities through our virtual 360 tours. Updated with new content! 


Are there any LIVE activities during the event? 

Yes! Throughout the day our subject specialists are holding 30 minutes LIVE Q&A sessions. 

Each LIVE Q&A will be led by lecturers who will give you an insight into the huge range of qualifications on offer at Petroc. You’ll then have the opportunity to ask any course-related questions to help you make your final decisions.

Can I speak to staff and ask questions during the event? 

Absolutely. During the LIVE Q&A sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions on the chat function via YouTube. 

We also have LIVE CHAT via the Petroc website - Our friendly Advice & Guidance Team will be on hand with advice on courses, funding, transport or learning support.
