Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga can improve joint flexibility and range of movement as well as developing your core strength. It is also good at reducing stress and provides a sense of wellbeing and calm.


An indoor cycling workout to the rhythm of exhilirating music over various terrains, which includes: hills, flats, mountain peaks and interval training. Increase cardiovascular fitness, leg and core strength and muscular endurance, and avoid muscular stress on the knees.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as aligning the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you.

Met Booster

This class is a weighted workout which will burn calories both during the class, but will also boost your metabolic rate to increase the amount of calories burnt at rest.

Nordic Walking

A specific fitness techinque which shouldnt be confused with trekking, hill walking or trail running, Nordic Walking incorporates poles to maximise the physical benefits of walking. To find out more contact Teresa Davies at Petroc at
