Goodbye 2019/20 and Hello 2020/21!
As this academic year draws to a close, we would like to thank each and every one of our current students for their hard work and dedication in what has been a very strange and different year for us all. We are incredibly proud of your efforts in continuing to study from home in whatever way you can, and we hope that the last 14 weeks of lockdown have not presented too many challenges for you.
For all our students whose learning has finished with us, we would like to wish you well for the future and hope that we hear from you again should you wish to continue with your qualifications and training. Don't forget we offer a wide range of adult part-time courses (including degree-level qualifications), and for those who are leaving us at 18 years old, but are yet to decide what to do next, we also offer a range of one-year courses suitable for anyone who has completed their two-year Level 3 qualification and would like to gain additional skills and qualifications.
Over the summer, college staff will be hard at work planning exciting and engaging education for all new and returning students for when the college reopens in September. As the government brings the country out of full lockdown, it is regularly updating its guidance to colleges. Petroc is following this guidance as it develops and we will keep you informed on what to expect and give you details of your finalised timetables and arrangements in good time for the beginning of term.
In the meantime we hope that you enjoy your summer break, and we very much look forward to seeing you in college in the autumn.
