North Devon College Hosts Second Pan Ability Football Festival

North Devon College proudly hosted the second Pan Ability Football Festival, a 7-a-side tournament designed to provide inclusive opportunities for individuals with physical or learning impairments. The event welcomed teams from Exeter College, Weston College, and Plymouth City College, and was delivered in association with AoC Sport as the official South West regional championships. The winning team secured a place at the AoC National Tournament in the spring.

As part of their Sports Development studies, our second-year BTEC Sport students organised and managed the tournament, gaining valuable experience in event planning, officiating, and inclusive provision.

Building on the success of last year’s event, this year saw more teams enter and an even higher standard of competition. The final result was incredibly close: North Devon College and Weston College finished level on points after drawing in Round 2, meaning the title was decided on goal difference – with North Devon College emerging as champions.
