Open Event Feedback Form (March 2024)

Who can enter:

The competition is open to any person who attended a Petroc Open Event in March 2024 2024 and responded to the Petroc ‘Open Event Feedback Form’. To be eligible to win, attendees must opt into the prize draw via the question at the end of the survey by providing a valid email address.

Employees of Petroc, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Opening/closing date:

The competition opens on 13 March 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 5 April 2024. Responses received after the closing date will not be eligible for entry to the competition.

How to enter and cost of entry:

Entries will be recorded from responses to the online Petroc ‘Open Event Feedback Form’, specifically those that complete the survey and opt into the competition at the end of the survey by providing their email address

There is no charge to enter the competition. This is a free prize draw.

Prize:

The prize is £50 in High Street Shopping Vouchers which will be awarded to one person who is selected as the winning entry. The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner selection date:

The winner will be drawn on 8 April  2024. The winner will be notified by email by 10 April 2024. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.

If the winner does not respond to communications within one week of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

Personal details:

The personal information supplied by entrants when entering the competition may be used by Petroc for prize draw entry.

Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party. Any personal information relating to entrants will be used solely by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
