For teen gym we provide a very safe learning and exercising environment to support our younger members. Not only do we provide constant supervision in the centre, but we can also advise and support the young members to achieve their goals. The price per session is £2.50 per session, or just £10 per month. Teen Gym sessions run at 3:30 – 4:30pm on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays, as well as 11am – 12pm on Saturday.
High Intensity Interval Training
Exercise that burns calories without burning your muscles away! It's perfect if you want to improve your body definition and increase your metabolism, in a short training session. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will be tough on your body, so it is not recommended for beginners, anyone unfit or with an injury.
An indoor cycling (spinning) workout set to the rhythm of exhilarating music over various terrains including hills, flats, mountain peaks and interval training. Indoor cycling can increase cardiovascular fitness, improve leg and core strength, improve muscular endurance and avoid stress on the knees.
