Our Mid Devon gym is based on our Tiverton campus and offers a wide range of exercise equipment and classes to help all our members reach their maximum potential in their personal fitness and wellbeing.
Cardiovascular machines include treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, spin bikes and rowing machines. We have also a range of resistance weight machines and free weight dumbbell’s going up to 47.5kg, multiple adjustment benches, a bench press, and an Olympic half rack.
Our exercise classes have been designed to help you lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or improve strength and endurance levels - depending on your own personal goals.

A fun, energetic class designed for all abilities and fitness levels. Join this class if you want the perfect start to your weekend!
This is a high energy, total body workout using kettlebells. Kettlebell exercises are great for all parts of your body, but are particularly good in helping runners build strength in their legs.
Legs, Bums & Tums
A fun and sociable exercise class to help you tone up, shape up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom.
A safe, effective and fun form of exercise using boxing training drills & moves. This class will help develop your strength, fitness and agility.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Exercise that burns calories without burning your muscles away! It's perfect if you want to improve your body definition and increase your metabolism, in a short training session. High Intensity Interval Training will be tough on your body, so it is not recommended for beginners, anyone unfit or with an injury.
An indoor cycling (spinning) workout set to the rhythm of exhilarating music over various terrains including hills, flats, mountain peaks and interval training. Indoor cycling can increase cardiovascular fitness, improve leg and core strength, improve muscular endurance and avoid stress on the knees.
For teen gym we provide a very safe learning and exercising environment to support our younger members. Not only do we provide constant supervision in the centre, but we can also advise and support the young members to achieve their goals. The price per session is £2.50 per session, or just £15 per month. Check our booking system for our current Teen Gym time slots.

Booking a fitness class

Classes are available to book 5 weeks in advance of their start time, so block booking is available. All classes have an attendance limit, so booking is essential.
Tip for when booking multiple classes – before you “Proceed”, you can select multiple classes and enter all the information at one time.
