T Level Health Students Celebrate Placement Success!

Last week, students from North Devon College’s T Level Health programme marked a significant milestone as they celebrated the successful completion of their industry placements.

The event brought together friends, family, and staff to recognise the hard work, dedication, and growth each student has demonstrated throughout their journey. In a warm and uplifting atmosphere, students shared reflections on their placement experiences – highlighting the skills they’ve developed, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the confidence they’ve gained working in real healthcare settings.

Each story offered a powerful insight into the impact of hands-on learning, with many students also outlining their exciting next steps, from further study to entering the healthcare workforce. The room was filled with pride, smiles, and a strong sense of achievement as their accomplishments were celebrated by all in attendance.

These placements represent a vital part of the T Level programme, equipping students with the practical knowledge and professional skills needed to thrive in the healthcare sector.

Sharon Jago, Head of Faculty said “The collaborative partnership between North Devon College and the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust ensures that our students are not only supported but truly immersed in real healthcare environments, where they develop the skills, confidence and professionalism needed for their future careers. I am incredibly proud of each and every learner for their commitment and dedication throughout their placements and wish them every success as they take their next steps into what I hope will be an exciting and rewarding path.”.

A huge congratulations to every student on this outstanding achievement. We are incredibly proud of all you have accomplished and look forward to seeing the amazing contributions you will make in the future.
