This term, Petroc has proudly celebrated the achievements of its Skills Bootcamps graduates, marking the culmination of their journey to upskill, retrain, and unlock exciting career opportunities. These intensive, employer-focused courses, aimed at adults over 19, have equipped learners with sought-after expertise in areas such as Chef de Partie, Construction Multiskills, Heritage Skills and more.
Designed to meet the needs of both students and local industries, the Skills Bootcamps offer a fast track to employment with guaranteed opportunities at the end of the course. Participants not only gain hands-on experience and specialist training but also benefit from direct engagement with potential employers, ensuring their skills are market-ready.
Looking ahead, we are excited to welcome a new cohort of Skills Bootcamp learners to the college in January to study in a variety of areas. With even more opportunities to gain in-demand skills and connect with local employers, these Bootcamps are shaping futures and transforming lives.
