North Devon College Hosts Inclusive Football Tournament for Local Colleges

North Devon College recently hosted a football tournament at Tarka focused on inclusivity for students with disabilities and SEND needs, welcoming teams from Weston, Plymouth and Exeter Colleges. The event, led by North Devon College sports students, aimed to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, could experience the joy of football in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Throughout the day, players showcased teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship, with North Devon College’s sports students taking on leadership roles to organise and referee matches, and foster a sense of community and fair play.

A huge congratulations to all the teams from North Devon College, Weston, Plymouth, and Exeter College for their fantastic performances and enthusiasm. The tournament was a brilliant celebration of inclusive sport, proving that football truly is a game for everyone!
