The Taw Restaurant Fully Booked for Christmas Season!
Our restaurant, The Taw, has once again proven its exceptional reputation, with Christmas meal bookings completely sold out for the season. This working restaurant, run by the college’s talented Hospitality and Catering students, offers a unique dining experience where students expertly prepare and serve dishes under professional guidance.
From the warm and attentive front-of-house service to the beautifully crafted festive menus, the fully booked status is a testament to the students’ dedication, skill, and attention to detail. Diners have praised the exceptional quality of both the cuisine and the service, cementing The Taw as a must-visit destination during the holiday season.
Rachael Otani, Hospitality and Catering Lecturer, who runs front of house with students during service, said: “Our students have worked incredibly hard to create a memorable festive experience for our guests. Seeing the restaurant fully booked is a fantastic recognition of their talent and professionalism.” Tom Lewis, Hospitality & Catering Lecturer, who heads up the kitchen during service added “The effort and passion our students put into every service is incredible.
