Jade Otty

Jade is Deputy Chief Executive of the Exeter and North Devon Colleges Group and Senior Lead for North Devon College. Prior to the merger, she served as Deputy Chief Executive of Exeter College, playing a key role in strategic leadership and organisational development.

Before this, Jade was Vice Principal, with responsibility for the College’s academic provision. Earlier in her career, she worked in secondary education as a teacher and later as a Head of Department, teaching History and Politics at A Level and within the International Baccalaureate.

Jade led the College through its Outstanding Ofsted inspection at Exeter in January 2023. She is a Governor for the Ted Wragg Multi-Academy Trust and has previously served as a charity trustee. Jade holds a first-class BA (Hons) degree in History from the University of Exeter.
