The School Liaison Team provides information, advice and guidance to pupils currently in secondary school and those who are home-schooled. We can answer questions on all aspects of college life, including courses and study programmes, applying for college, transport, funding and course progression.

Choosing a college course and starting your first year at college is a big step. There are now so many options and different ways of studying that it can be hard to decide which is the right course for you. Choosing a course to study after school is exciting - but can also be tricky if you don’t have a clear career already in mind! There are lots of courses and different ways to study at college, so it’s important to look into all the options carefully. Doing this research will lead you to a course and subject that you find interesting, challenging, and are excited to get up and study every day!

To help you start the process of looking at your options, you are invited to our annual Year 10 Taster Day, which will take place in June/July 2022. As part of this day, you will take part in a workshop in a subject area of your choice, meet the lecturer of the subject, see the facilities attached to the course and hear about the subject in more detail.
