This term, North Devon College has proudly celebrated the achievements of its Skills Bootcamps graduates, marking the culmination of their journey to upskill, retrain, and unlock exciting career opportunities. These intensive, employer-focused courses, aimed at adults over 19, have equipped learners with sought-after expertise in areas such as Chef de Partie, Construction Multiskills, Heritage Skills and more.
Designed to meet the needs of both students and local industries, the Skills Bootcamps offer a fast track to employment with guaranteed opportunities at the end of the course. Participants not only gain hands-on experience and specialist training but also benefit from direct engagement with potential employers, ensuring their skills are market-ready.
Looking ahead, we are excited to welcome a new cohort of Skills Bootcamp learners to the college in January to study in a variety of areas. With even more opportunities to gain in-demand skills and connect with local employers, these Bootcamps are shaping futures and transforming lives.
