Petroc’s Creative Media Faculty Moves Into New Space in G Block!
Excitement was in the air as Petroc’s Creative Media faculty settled into its brand-new home in G Block this term. The move marks a major milestone for the department, giving students and staff a fresh, modern environment to spark creativity and innovation.
The new facilities boast upgraded IT suites and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that students have the very best tools to bring their creative ideas to life. From industry-standard software to high-spec hardware, the enhanced learning environment has been designed to mirror the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of creative media.
What makes the relocation even more exciting is Creative Media’s new proximity to fellow creative faculties, including Music and Art & Design. Previously separated across the college, these three disciplines are now just steps away from one another, with Performing Arts also close by, opening the door to more collaboration, integration, and cross-disciplinary projects. Students can now explore the intersections of sound and vision, creating an energetic hub of creativity at the heart of the college.
