I wanted to go into the hospital to get work experience.
What have been the highlights?
I most enjoyed the work experience and Emma.
Did you undertake any work experience?
I did work experience at both NDH and Ilfracombe Community Tyrell Hospital. My work experience was beneficial because it showed me I wouldn’t like to work on wards but instead different areas within the healthcare industry.
What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
I’d like to progress onto a higher apprenticeship
Any advice for someone picking the same course?
Work hard. Don’t give up. Be proactive.
