What made you pick this particular course?
I chose this course because I wanted to learn more about professional cooking techniques. I also wanted to learn about what the real working kitchen would be like.

What did/do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I have most enjoyed discovering new foods that I really like and feel that my mind has been opened up to more possibilities for my future. I also really enjoy college life, I find it to be a lot less stressful and I feel that I can learn more in the college environment.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
Once I have left college I want to continue furthering my skills to become a better chef. I would like to be a patisserie and confectionery chef and one day open my own cake shop.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course as you?
I would recommend this course because it isn’t just about cooking skills, but trying new foods and dishes!
