What made you pick this particular course?
I wanted to learn a trade and Petroc’s electrical course looked like something I would personally be interested in as you get a good balance between practical and theory lessons.

What did you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
The tutors and assessors are really easy to talk to and banter which makes you feel more confident to ask questions.

Did you undertake any work experience?
I am doing an apprenticeship with Hancock Electrics which has developed my practical skills.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
Carry on in the electrical industry but go onto larger and bigger products.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course as you?
It’s so beneficial to have a trade on your belt and to be more practical.
