What made you pick this particular course/Petroc?
I was a year 7 prefect and I liked helping to support young people.

What do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I have a good relationship with my lecturer which makes the experience enjoyable!

Did you undertake any work experience?
Sticklepath school – I did my placement here and this has helped me determine which year group I enjoy working with.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
I would like a permanent job at Sticklepath School, and would like to complete my level 3 alongside working. After this I’d like to go into the school to help in their SEN Hub.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course?
Do it! It might seem like a lot of placement hours to complete, but it goes so quickly and you gain so much from it!
