Assessments
You will be assessed to the apprenticeship standard using two complementary assessment methods; culinary challenge observation and professional discussion.
Entry Requirements
Employers will set their own entry requirements in order to start on this apprenticeship.
Progression
Progression from this apprenticeship is expected to be employment or onto the Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery.
Facilities and resources
As an apprentice, you will have full access to the college facilities, including our state of the art professional training kitchens.
