Unit 2: Esports Skills, Strategies and Analysis – develop your understanding of gameplay, teamwork, communication, and tactical thinking, and learn how to analyse performance to improve outcomes.
Unit 4: Health, Wellbeing and Fitness for Esports Players – discover how to maintain physical and mental wellbeing to perform at your best in competitive environments.
Unit 5: Esports Events – gain hands-on experience in planning, organising, and promoting Esports tournaments and live events.
Unit 11: Shout casting – learn the fundamentals of live commentary, including communication skills, game knowledge and how to engage an audience effectively.

Assessments
Assignment based assessment for all units.
Entry Requirements
You must hold four GCSEs at grade 2 or equivalent (or above), including Maths and English.
An interest in esports, gaming, digital technology or media
A willingness to learn new digital and practical skills
Basic IT and computer confidence (you do not need to be an expert)
A positive attitude and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Good attendance, punctuality and commitment to learning
The ability to follow instructions and work safely online and in digital environments
Respectful and responsible use of technology and social media
Willingness to take part in group projects, competitions and events
A professional and respectful approach towards others
