What made you pick this particular course?
I chose this course because ever since I was little I always enjoyed cooking and felt that I wanted to do it as a career as I had a real passion for it.

What do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I most enjoyed making new foods and learning about where they come from. Learning new techniques and professional ways to do things was also really interesting and will be great skills for my future careers.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
I would love to work on a yacht and be a private chef for the rich.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course as you?
I would say go for it, it’s definitely worth it! .
