What made you pick this particular course?
I chose this course because it provides a variety of intriguing and dynamic career choices. Furthermore, the ongoing advancement of technology means that information technology stays a constantly changing and evolving field, making it a fascinating subject to study.

What were the highlights?
My highlights were the access to contemporary facilities and industry-standard software. As well as the skilled and experienced teachers.

What did you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I most enjoyed the variety of information technology courses, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity. I also enjoyed the high-quality modern facilities.

Have you got involved in any Enrichment activities , if so, which ones, and what did you enjoy most about them?
I have participated in enrichment programmes such as marine academia, which offered additional learning opportunities and professional growth and fun activities.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
Whatever the future holds, I’m convinced that my experience at Petroc has given me the skills and knowledge I need to excel in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of information technology. So, world, bring it on – I’m ready for whatever you’ve got in store!

What’s the long-term plan?
In the long run, I intend to continue studying and specialising in information technology by pursuing additional education and training in areas such as cybersecurity or data science. I also intend to obtain professional job experience and eventually develop a career in the information technology industry.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course as you?
My recommendation to anyone pursuing an IT study is to make sure they have a strong interest in technology and are prepared to put in the effort to keep up with the ever-changing profession. Also, researching various IT courses and institutions can assist students in making informed selections regarding their education and future jobs.
