What made you pick this particular course/Petroc?
I wanted to be a nurse or go into the Health & Social Care sector. I also found the subject interesting after doing it for a year at A Levels. I then moved onto a full time degree.
What do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I loved the casual atmosphere of the college and the teachers on the course. I loved doing coursework over exams!
Did you undertake any work experience?
Yes I did some at Pathfields and Silver Hill Lodge.
What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
I planned to take a gap year before starting Uni!
Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course?
Do it! Don’t take the course because you think it will be easy and make sure you have the desire to understand people and how they work!
