What made you pick this particular course?
I did a similar course in Ukraine and when I moved to the UK I wanted to find something similar and the Architecture T Level was pretty much the same, so I could pick up where I left off with my studies before I moved.

What do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I enjoy the technical element of studying at Petroc. We’re learning every aspect of the industry, we have learnt architecture skills, learnt about building and how to think about practicality of our design as well as the design processes as well.

Did you undertake any work experience throughout your studies?
I did my placement at David Wilson Partnership Architects. I have learnt a lot about modelling, planning, documenting projects and assisting my co workers as part of the project team. This placement really helped me apply the things I’ve learnt during my studies into a real world work environment.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
David Wilson Partnership have offered me a job thanks to my placement and I plan to work there while I progress and complete a Level 4 qualification.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course as you?
You learn every aspect and do a bit of everything to get a greater understanding of the industry. The course is really good for gaining a variety of technical skills as well as knowledge.
