Our sports academies aim to offer student athletes a balance of academic study and sport whilst at college. Each academy offers 3-5 hours of weekly sports coaching, team analysis, termly nutrition / life style / sports psychology workshops and six hours of weekly open access strength and conditioning.
The academies have been helping young people fulfil their sporting potential since its inception in 2003. The college has had great success over the years, representing the South West, winning the Association of Colleges (AoC) National Championships, nominating players for South West, regional and English trials and annually competing at the AoC National Championships in various sports.
