Why did you choose to come to Petroc?
I chose Petroc as it had courses available that interested me, and it was the closest college for me to travel to.

What made you pick this particular course?
I chose Literature as I loved the idea of reading and analysing texts. I chose Language as the topics interested me such as language and gender, and I chose Classics as this area of history interests me, with many types of history to analyse.

What do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
Having access to resources and learning more about topics that I enjoy has been eye opening.

Did you undertake any work experience throughout your studies?
I haven’t done work experience with Petroc, but I did volunteer at Barnstaple Library and I loved being surrounded by books. This helped me realise how I want to pursue a career associated with books.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc?
I plan to go to university when I leave Petroc and study literature and then work so I can travel.

What’s the long-term plan?
