Certificate In Education And Training

The Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training is designed for those who are already delivering teaching or training in a paid or voluntary role. This nationally recognised qualification develops your skills in planning, delivering, assessing and reflecting on your own teaching practice.
You’ll complete a minimum of 30 hours of teaching practice, with observations and professional feedback to help you grow and improve. Our flexible delivery approach combines face-to-face workshops, online learning, and one-to-one support, making it easier to fit around your current work commitments. This course is an excellent route towards the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training and Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status, supporting your progression in the education sector.
