Diploma for the Early Years Workforce EYE

In order to work in the early years sector as a supervisor, a staff member must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification. This is the perfect course to undertake to gain this essential qualification as it will give you the opportunity to demonstrate competence as an Early Years Educator, Child minder or Nursery Nurse, and develop knowledge and skills related to the specified job roles in early years education.

This as a part-time, adult learner-friendly Diploma in Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator) (QCF). The qualification is supported by The National College for Teaching & Leadership (NCTL) and meets the NCTL Early Years Educator (Level 3) qualifications criteria.

The course combines both knowledge (through written work) and competence (through work placements) which will then be used as evidence to build a portfolio covering the whole qualification.
